Sweat Fitness’ Group Fitness Schedule

 

Hello and Welcome.  We are so glad that you chose us for you group fitness needs.  We are committed to giving you a fun, challenging and safe fitness experience.  We are excited to make new friends and to work as a team towards our fitness goals and we hope you are too.  Remember…it’s not just aerobics anymore!!!.

CLASS DESCRIPTION

  • Step- A fun 45 min beginner through advanced step class combined with 15 minutes of core strengthening.

  • Muscle Blast- You will increase your metabolism and burn more fat with this 60-minute muscle conditioning   class using steps, barbells, bands, balls and weights. You will definitely feel this the next day!

  • Boot Camp -A total body workout that is cardio tough, muscle strong, no nonsense and to the point! 

  • Yoga-Lates-The best moves of both yoga and Pilates combined in one invigorating mind-body workout.

  • *Cycling- This may be the most fun you have going “nowhere”. This is a very individualized workout, so all  levels, from beginning to advanced, are welcome. Make sure to bring a water bottle and towel! 

  • YOGA-This mind-body workout will strengthen your core and deep muscles plus lengthen and stretch your  body helping you feel relaxed and refreshed.
